答：一般情况下，与 、和 的意思是完全相同的，是可以换用的。例如：

A和B=A与B。（这两句都是说，他们相同。但是这样造句，多半会使用：和）。

其实平时用起来，在这个意思没有什么大的区别。主要是语言的使用习惯问题。

当然，与，和的侧重点也有一点区别。例如：葡萄和梨，侧重于葡萄和梨。葡萄与梨，侧重点则在葡萄。

普通的说话，写文章的话，用这两个其实无所谓区别，意思是一样的。
